Through our system known as ÖRS—which we utilize to ensure quality and efficiency in production management—we aim to enhance quality, industrial performance, and occupational safety standards. By making the production environment as simple, clear, and safe as possible, ÖRS enables employees to focus on their core task—quality production—thereby assisting us in manufacturing high-quality products that ensure customer satisfaction. As part of the ÖRS initiatives implemented to boost efficiency, create a safe production environment, and ensure flexible, effective production lines, our Kemalpaşa Factory has become Özdemir Redüktör’s most efficient production facility, thanks to investments in state-of-the-art technology and a highly skilled workforce.

We place greater emphasis on the ISO standards implemented across all our areas of operation, with the aim of ensuring the safety of our employees and suppliers, and of fostering and disseminating a "safety first" culture—both in the workplace and outside of it.

To offer our consumers the highest quality products, we carry out production in a completely enclosed environment, adhering to globally implemented ISO and TSE Quality Management systems. We continuously maintain our quality controls and expand our R&D activities.

As a company that prioritizes environmental protection throughout the entire process—from raw material procurement to the end consumer—we conduct initiatives focused on energy and water conservation, wastewater treatment, waste management, and the reduction of emissions and noise within the scope of the environmental management system implemented at our factory. The compliance of the environmental management system established at our Kemalpaşa factory—designed to minimize and control our environmental impact—with ISO standards has been certified by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
